Kimberly R. Small is extremely dedicated to positively impacting communities, especially those who are under privileged and undeserved. Partner to Empower (P2E) is a community outreach program established to support persons in the Harris, Brazoria, Fort Bend, and surrounding counties, with future plans to extend globally. The outreach mission is to break down socioeconomic barriers by equipping and empowering those, who are less fortunate, with the necessary tools and resources to become successful through training, mentoring, and providing financial resources and services that will help build their self-esteem through economic empowerment.
