Kimberly R. Small is the CEO and Founder of multiple successful beauty-centered brands including, Images With You In Mind Salon & Boutique (IWYIM), Heaven for the K. Small Collection, The K. Small Collection, Partner to Empower (a Community Outreach Program) and Beauty 4 Ashes Ministries.

With 30+ years of specialized beauty industry experience, and additional high-end retail expertise, Kimberly has established herself as the go-to for all things related to beauty enhancement! Her passion-fueled life’s mission is to use her creative prowess in image branding and fashion to elevate her clients’ profile. Kimberly actively achieves this by empowering her client’s to exhibit a unique, impressionable, and confident appearance representing an authentic expression revealing their true identity from the inside out. With faith and family as anchors of her success, Kimberly is a devoted wife and partner to Kenneth Small Sr. and together they proudly parent two beautiful children, Bria and K.J.
